Every day one of our staff personally stops by each construction site to check on the details. We take clients on walk-throughs – at the framing stage, electrical, and a final walk-through at completion – to make sure the home is everything they expected.

Monterra is licensed by the Province of British Columbia’s Homeowner Protection Office as the Homeowner Protection Act mandates. Our homes are insured with the 2/5/10 Year New Home Warranty, covering a minimum of:

2 years on labour and materials,
5 years on the building envelope, and
10 years on the structure


Style

Every Monterra home is unique. Each one incorporates a different architectural variation of Traditional, Arts & Crafts, West Coast or other design elements. Each one has a layout and finishing touches distinctive to the Monterra homeowner. One thing they all have in common, though, is lots of open-concept living space.

Budget

Monterra’s state-of-the-art estimating software costs out and tracks every building expense. At the beginning of each project clients receive a spec sheet that lists every aspect of building and sets a total fixed cost for the home.
